As a charitable, not-for-profit organisation, St Paul’s offers salary packaging benefits to all permanent employees to help them minimise their tax and maximise their take-home pay.
As a provider of 24/7 services to 80 residents, we can offer great flexibility with shifts and rosters to match the individual needs and lifestyles of our employees.
Employee Well being
We believe that healthy and happy employees will give wonderful and supportive care to our residents. This is why we have implemented an annual Employee Wellbeing Programme. Each month we celebrate different aspects of mental and physical wellbeing as well as focussing on particular days such as Harmony Day, RUOK? Day, Aged Care Employee Day and World Kindness Day. We strive to provide a mentally healthy workplace and take part in the Mental Health Coalition’s ‘Mind Your Health Challenge’ each October. We also provide an external Employee Assistance Programme for all of our staff.
Learning and development
We believe that investing in our staff helps them achieve their career goals and to provide exceptional care to our residents. With a continuous improvement mindset, and an a deep understanding of the aspirations of our employees, we offer a wide range of training and career development opportunities. Through a combination of internal and external training courses we tailor training pathways for our staff and allow opportunities for career progression.
We are passionate about supporting our staff and part of this is through partnering with initiatives such as LASA Next Gen https://lasa.asn.au/lasa-next-gen/
