Making a difference

The variety of people you’ll care for means you’ll be developing skills and knowledge across a wide range of disciplines from social support to dementia and palliative care. Our clinical staff are trained to address complex care needs in mental health and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiorespiratory conditions. You’ll also be working closely with allied health professionals including dieticians, physiotherapists and social workers.

But working in aged care is more than just looking after someone’s health. That’s because there are always opportunities to provide a more individual and personal level of care. If you submitted an expression of interest for a position that is not advertised, you will hear from us when and if a vacancy matching your skills and experience arises. We will keep your application on file for a period of 3 months.

I can proudly say that ten years on and a change of role from PCW to RN, I continue to be excited and motivated to go to work. I absolutely love caring for our residents who are of many different cultural backgrounds. Bene has given me great opportunities and has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
