With more than 25 years senior leadership and management experience across both Australian and Global companies, Trevor is highly skilled in a diverse range of business disciplines, this includes leadership, financial management, risk and quality compliance, change management, customer service, stakeholder engagement, operations management, human resources, procurement and strategy development. These skills are underpinned by qualifications in Management and Marketing, Community Services and Financial Counselling.
Trevor lives locally in the Adelaide Hills, is married and has 4 adult children.
Residential Aged Care Manager
As the Residential Aged Care Manager of St Paul’s Lutheran Homes Hahndorf, I have a passion for palliative care along with staff management and development. My main focus is quality of care delivery and the utilisation of technology to continuously improve our service and effectiveness within the Aged Care sector.
Starting my career as a Registered Nurse. I quickly realised that aged care was not just a stepping stone for me, but a career I plan to work in for many years to come.

Specialising in human resources for over six years with a variety of qualifications and experience. I have a keen interest in developing and implementing human resource plans and procedures. My passion lies specifically in workplace culture, employee wellbeing, industrial relations and Return to Work strategies. I believe in a positive and value based workplace with supports our staff to achieve career development along with work life balance.
Starting as a receptionist and developing into the Retirement Living Manager has been a rewarding process at St Paul’s. This role has enabled me to connect with and show respect for the fascinating people our retirement village residents are and the fulfilling lives they experience. I feel honoured to be a part of a vibrant group of citizens who have welcomed me into their homes and lives.
